OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:

At Saputo Dairy Products Canada, we take pride in producing high-quality dairy products and providing exceptional consumer experiences. We are currently seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Consumer Relations Representative to join our team for an 18-month contract.
In this role, you will be the key point of contact for consumers with questions, feedback, or concerns about our finished products. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining our reputation for responsiveness, care, and trust.

Salary: From $47 320 to $62 110

• Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training.

YOU ARE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

• A college diploma in business administration, communications, or a related field
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a consumer relations, customer service, or call center role (experience in the food or CPG industry is an asset)
• Bilingualism (French and English) spoken and written is essential because the person will interact with various team members and stakeholders across Canada
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• A calm, solutions-focused approach when handling consumer concerns
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced
