Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources (HR) Administrator to support in implementing a variety of human resource programs. The HR department will depend on your assistance in several important functions such as Onboarding Training and Development Records management Employee Relations Employee Engagement Payroll Retention Responsibilities: Coordinate and arrange the on-boarding and joining formalities, assist off-boarding and related compliance Responsible for updating & maintenance of HRIS(WD) system. Assist with payroll processing Responsible for leave management cycle – leave inputs, correction. Co-ordinate and accommodate the benefits administration include health insurance, employee wellness and maintaining the insurance addition/deletion data. Co-ordinate with the HR BP for ensuring statutory compliance and managing HR audit requirements. Support and co-ordinate HR BP in day-to-day regular HR operations and handle first level enquiries, concerns/grievances. Support and co-ordinate HR BP on the employee recognition program and events. Responsible for sharing periodic, Ad-hoc HR reports as per the timelines and assist any HR projects as per requirements & timelines. Recommend new initiatives and process improvements. Support in employee engagement activities for the organization. Maintain employee personnel records Monitor employee morale and company culture. Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources with at least 8 years of work experience.
