What You'll Do: * Provides first tier information about Benefits, Staffing, Compensation, Training, Career Development, Performance Evaluations, Employee Self Service Systems, Guest Teachers, Employee/Labor Relations, Employee events, etc.; handles a high volume of calls and email inquiries, escalating as needed and forwarding to appropriate resources within the department. * Assists employees with questions and various Human Resources (HR) form and application processing, such as benefit plan enrollment/change documents. * Troubleshoots and resolves system issues for the online application system, employee self service portal, and HR website. * Maintains logs and complete reporting requirements in an accurate timely manner. * Supports HR communication and change initiatives that go out to all employees from Human Resources (i.e. open enrollment, incentive payments, staff reductions, etc.). * Maintains current on all aspects of HR policy, benefits, information or events, including eligibility, policy, procedures, benefits, vendor contact information, costs, etc. * Provides support for records management, I9 compliance tracking and related human resources duties, as assigned What You’ll Need: * Minimum of High School Diploma/GED.
