You will manage a portfolio of accounts, collaborating with both internal stakeholders and our customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service throughout the entire order lifecycle.   SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: * None   DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: * Interact with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products or services. * Collect and enter orders for new or additional products or services. * Act as the first point of contact for customer concerns; escalate to specialists or other team members as needed. * Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns. * Maintain detaiked records of customer interactions, track inquiries and feedback, and provide resolutions  * Collaborate with Production, QA, Scheduling, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.  * Support artwork routing, proof approvals, and job tracking to keep projects on schedule.  * Perform other related duties as assigned.  REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:  * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong customer-service orientation with a solution-driven approach  * Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.   * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and aptitude to learn new software systems (e.g., FileMaker).  EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Customer service experience required. * Manufacturing or label pacakging experience a plus.
