In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: * To provide customers with information regarding products. * To educate, promote, or sell products to customers to help meet their needs; suggest support literature, videos, and other marketing tools according to the company’s established programs and marketing initiatives. * To process orders received by telephone, fax, and email. * To assist customers in tracking shipments and determining their status. * To process and authorize returns. * To partner with customers to diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems. * To effectively identify and evaluate alternative solutions to customer concerns before making decisions in a timely manner. You can efficiently carry out tasks independently and generate accurate, high-quality reports. For This Role, You Will Need: * Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. * Proven experience in using personal computers and Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * College undergraduates with relevant work experience and fresh graduates with excellent English communication skills are welcome to apply.
