Responsibilities:  * Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all regular and/or potential customers, actively seeking new business from both. * Take all relevant cost factors into consideration when developing quotes and ensure that quoted prices will provide the correct gross margin level. * Primary focus on increasing market penetration and maximizing sales, developing relationships and meeting scorecard targets. * Plans how to establish and maintain major account relationships and meet personal sales targets within the full line of products or combination of products. * Typical accounts are highly challenging, complex, diverse customers who require ongoing client relationship support. * Independently prepares sales presentations, contracts, and proposals to ensure successful outcome of transactions. * Monitors competitive activity in each account and ensures that appropriate response strategies are formulated and communicated. * Establish and maintain a good work relationship with all regular and/or potential customers * Actively seek new business from current customers and potential new customers through pro-active phone calls, faxes, and e-mails  Qualifications:  * Ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years sales experience in an industrial setting, ideally as a combination of inside and outside sales or on the road * Completion of post-secondary education, University or College with a major in Business Administration or Marketing preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience  * Effective time management skills, ability to prioritize, able to work as a member of a team * Strong written and oral communication skills * Functions effectively under pressure, maintaining patience and flexibility. * Can manage multiple projects under tight timelines * Experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook. D365 experience is a plus. * Previous interaction and experience working with customers * Drive, determination and ability to work both independently with little direction and as part of a team. * Focused on value-added selling, customer service, and developing strategic partnerships with customers. The expected compensation range for this position is $82,240.00 - $113,080.00.  This range includes base pay and target variable pay. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience. We also consider internal equity to ensure fair and consistent pay practices.
