Responsible for various activities related to the patient registration process, collection of demographic, financial and insurance information.  Screens patients prior to services being rendered, collects co-pays, and refers Self Pay patients to appropriate financial services when needed.  Enters data accurately and ensures prompt service to all patients.  Acts as a liaison for other ancillary departments within the hospital St. Joseph’s Health is recognized for the expertise and compassion of its highly skilled and responsive staff.
