In this role, you will represent our wide range of panels, melamines, laminates, and specialty surfaces, working closely with cabinetmakers, fabricators, designers, and distributors to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions that drive growth.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in outside sales and/or business development, with strong prospecting abilities
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all organizational levels
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Solid computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Knowledge of the hardware or building materials industry is an asset
  • University degree in marketing or a related field is a plus
  • Must reside in the Greater Halifax or Moncton area
  • Bilingual (French and English) is an asset
