Application Deadline: May 31, 2026 or until position is filled. General Summary We are looking for Sales professionals in the Dallas metro area to join our team. Successful candidates must be able to thrive in an environment that is fast paced and constantly changing. You must be an individual who is driven to maximize residential inbound sales inquiries into sales by demonstrating a good understanding of our services, evaluating customer needs and recommending the appropriate products and upgrades to ensure growth and retention of our customer base. This role is commission eligible.    Essential Duties/Responsibilities * Provide customers with product and service information * Build and maintain rapport with customers  * Be positive, confident, reliable, friendly and engaged during all calls  * Identify customer needs and resolve problems * Provide product sales opportunities and promotions  * Capture data, enter clearly and accurately * Use customer service skills to appropriately satisfy and win customers  * Utilize tools to check service availability; improve the rate of successful installation  * Set appropriate expectations regarding installation and service; reschedule installation appointments as needed  * Perform initial and periodic follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction  * Other duties as assigned  Job Requirements * Call center experience preferred  * Must possess exemplary verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills * Strong negotiation skills and a track record of telecommunication products is a plus * Outstanding telephone and customer service etiquette  * Ability to work independently and be self-motivated  * Strong computer skills * Ability to navigate through several applications simultaneously * Knowledge of CSG & Sugar CRM a plus  * Keyboard and/or typing skills  Working Conditions * Employee remains in the sitting position for prolonged hours. Employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
