Join us as a Customer Services Representative and become the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly—from orders to logistics and beyond. Your Impact in This Role As a Customer Services Representative your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Act as the first point of contact for customers, resolving commercial, technical, and operational issues. Manage customer onboarding according to company processes. Handle order and contract management, including order entry, amendments, billing, and price revisions. Provide commercial support by preparing offers, sending samples, and handling inquiries. Administer accurate data in ERP systems and maintain shipment files for audit purposes. Coordinate logistics activities, including transport planning, customs documentation, and complaint resolution. Manage export processes, track shipments, and liaise with customs agents for overseas deliveries. What You Bring to the Table Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Transportation, or related field OR 2+ years of experience in customer service or logistics in an international environment. Skills & Competencies: Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
