As the Reputation Risk Officer within Global Private Bank, you will support the business in assessing and managing reputation risk when onboarding new clients and reviewing transactions or during periodic reviews. You will analyze multiple sources of information to assess risks escalated to them by the Front Office, and collaborate closely with Front Office teams, providing expert guidance on reputation risk identification and mitigation. Your work will ensure the bank’s integrity and protects its reputation in a dynamic and high-stakes environment. Job responsibilities Conduct deep dives and risk assessments, recommending strategies to mitigate reputation risk. Implement Firmwide Reputation Risk Policy and Standard within the Legal Entity, supporting Asset & Wealth Management Global Head. Liaise with Global Financial Crimes Compliance and front office to ensure coordinated risk treatment. Prepare reports and recommendations for senior management on key reputation risk issues. Build relationships with stakeholders, proactively addressing concerns and promoting coordinated risk management. Conduct training and provide guidance on reputation risk, including escalation and committee processes. Maintain accurate records, update policies, and participate in risk team tasks, ensuring consistency and risk awareness. Required qualifications, capabilities and skills Strong analytical skills to assess complex information and extract critical risk elements. Excellent negotiation and communication abilities to influence and advise business senior stakeholders. Deep understanding of reputation risk, regulatory requirements, and JP Morgan best practices. High integrity, sound judgment, and the ability to make decisions under pressure. Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally in a financial institution. Proficiency in research, due diligence, and risk assessment tools. Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills Degree in Law or a related field preferred. J.P.
