Lead, mentor, and manage a team of B2B sales representatives to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and penetrate new distribution channels within Ahmedabad and surrounding regions. Oversee the onboarding and training of new sales team members, ensuring alignment with company values, product knowledge, and sales methodologies. Monitor sales performance metrics, provide actionable feedback, and implement corrective measures to drive team improvement. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with brand campaigns and new product launches. Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management, highlighting performance, challenges, and growth opportunities. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices across all B2B engagements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA preferred. 2–5 years of progressive experience in B2B sales leadership within the cosmetics, FMCG, or personal care industry. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and successfully managing high-performing sales teams. In-depth knowledge of the Indian cosmetics market, including consumer behavior, distribution networks, and retail dynamics. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and data analysis. Ability to travel frequently within Gujarat and neighboring states to visit clients and conduct field visits. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Willingness to work in a hybrid model with a primary base in Ahmedabad.
