Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from initiation and planning to execution and closure, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, facilitating communication, resolving conflicts, and maintaining project momentum Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery Design, generate, and present comprehensive reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support leadership decision-making Monitor project KPIs and deliver timely updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability Develop and maintain project documentation, including charters, timelines, risk registers, and status reports Coordinate resource allocation and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proactively anticipate risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity Support the adoption of new tools, technologies, and methodologies to modernize workflows and improve outcomes Contribute to team development by mentoring junior staff and sharing best practices Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree Experience: Experienced Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment with minimal supervision Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a results-driven approach Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, MS Project) Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Lean methodologies preferred Self-starter with a proactive attitude, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and evolving organizational culture
