Lead and manage all day-to-day manufacturing operations across plant and production units Oversee production planning, execution, and delivery to meet volume and quality targets Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives Manage a large workforce of 500+ employees, including talent development, performance management, and engagement Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards Analyze business challenges and implement practical, data-driven solutions Monitor and manage turnover exceeding ₦15 Billion, ensuring financial accountability and operational alignment Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support supply chain, logistics, and quality objectives Make decisive, high-pressure decisions to maintain production continuity and performance Requirements Key Requirements: • 40–46 years of age • Strong experience in day-to-day manufacturing operations • Proven ability to understand business problems and drive practical solutions • Experience managing 500+ employees • Exposure to handling turnover exceeding ₦15 Billion • Hands-on experience in managing plant & production units • High pressure handling capability with strong decision-making skills • Graduate degree – mandatory
