Assist in the design, development, and testing of engineering systems and components under supervision. Participate in technical documentation, including schematics, reports, and project logs. Support field testing, data collection, and analysis to validate engineering designs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and improve product performance. Attend training sessions, workshops, and technical briefings to enhance engineering knowledge and skills. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization within engineering workflows. Adhere to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance in all engineering activities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Electronics, or related engineering discipline. Strong academic record with a solid understanding of core engineering principles. Basic knowledge of CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and MS Office Suite. Willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and work in a team-oriented environment. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective communication and documentation skills. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
