Requirements * *Experience Blueprint:* 8–12 years of progressive, verified professional success operating as a Head of Marketing, Senior Brand Manager, or Growth Lead across Brand, Growth, Digital, or Consumer Marketing domains. * *Brand Scaling Track Record:* A proven history of successfully launching, managing, or scaling premium, premium-luxury, or aspirational consumer brands. * *Technical Mastery:* Authoritative command over performance marketing engines, web attribution models, organic growth tactics, and emerging AI-powered marketing toolkits. * *Attributes:* High comfort with boardroom-level accountability, strong analytical problem-solving depth, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a deep passion for shaping the future of education.
