Description
Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business goals across recruitment, talent management, performance management, and employee engagement. Lead end-to-end talent acquisition initiatives to attract top-tier professionals in production, supply chain, marketing, and operations within the FMCG sector. Design and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and annual reviews, ensuring alignment with business KPIs. Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives, including recognition programs, wellness activities, and internal communication strategies. Oversee learning and development programs to build leadership pipelines and enhance workforce capabilities across all levels. Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes with fairness, confidentiality, and compliance. Ensure adherence to labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies across all operational locations in Bangalore and surrounding regions. Partner with senior leadership to lead change management initiatives, including restructuring, digital transformation, and organizational redesign. Analyze HR metrics and KPIs to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Represent HR in cross-functional teams and board-level discussions on people-related matters. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. 2–5 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in the FMCG, Foods, or Beverage industry. Proven track record in building and scaling HR functions in fast-growing organizations. Strong expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee engagement. In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws, industrial relations, and statutory compliance (including PF, ESIC, PF, and Shops & Offices Act). Experience managing HR operations across multiple sites or regional teams. Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar) and data analytics tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels. Strategic mindset with a focus on business impact, innovation, and continuous improvement. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with evolving priorities.
