Lead the execution of daily operational tasks with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and consistency Partner with cross-functional teams to support project planning, implementation, and delivery Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring full compliance with internal policies and external regulations Continuously evaluate workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven process improvements Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality benchmarks, and regulatory requirements Provide timely updates to supervisors and stakeholders on project status and operational metrics Support onboarding and training efforts for new team members when needed Requirements minimum 18 years High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred Proven attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to accuracy Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within team settings Basic understanding of compliance, safety, and quality management principles
