Manage end-to-end administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus calculations, and incentive payouts. Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll data in alignment with company policies and statutory requirements. Maintain and update employee compensation and benefits records in the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Support annual compensation reviews, market benchmarking, and pay structure analysis in coordination with HR and Finance. Administer employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans, leave encashment, and employee assistance programs). Prepare and present reports on compensation trends, benefits utilization, and cost analysis for leadership review. Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to pay, benefits, and deductions, providing timely and accurate resolutions. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, statutory regulations (e.g., PF, ESI, PT), and internal HR policies. Collaborate with external vendors and insurers for benefits plan management and renewal processes. Continuously improve HR operations processes through automation, documentation, and workflow optimization. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–5 years of proven experience in HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, or Payroll administration. Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar) and advanced Excel skills. In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity), and payroll regulations. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with employees at all levels. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Familiarity with benefits administration, incentive structures, and compensation benchmarking practices.
