HR Manager to lead and manage the Human Resources function across its group companies. Key Expertise: UAE Labor Law, HR operations, government relations, payroll & compliance Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations across group companies, ensuring consistency and compliance. Ensure full adherence to UAE Labor Law and all relevant regulatory requirements. Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and statutory reporting with accuracy and timeliness. Serve as the primary liaison with government authorities, including the Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation (MOHRE) and other regulatory bodies. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with group standards. Support talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leadership and business units. Monitor compliance risks and lead internal audits and readiness for government inspections Requirements Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE ? Experience: 8–10 years (3–5 years in a managerial role) ? Industry Preference: Holding / Group structure Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role. In-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Law and local employment regulations. Proven experience in HR operations, payroll management, and government compliance in a group or holding company environment. Strong understanding of MOHRE processes, visas, work permits, and labor compliance. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience working within a multi-entity or diversified group structure is highly preferred.
