Lead and mentor content teams focused on creating high-impact, platform-optimized videos. Strategically repurpose long-form content (e.g., debates, interviews) into short-form, engaging clips tailored to YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels. Stay ahead of algorithmic changes and platform trends to maximize visibility and engagement. Collaborate with creators, editors, and strategists to maintain brand consistency and content quality. Analyze performance metrics to refine content strategy and drive continuous improvement. Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s mission of delivering value while achieving viral potential. Requirements Proven experience in social media content creation, preferably in YouTube or Instagram Reels. Deep understanding of YouTube and Instagram algorithms and content performance drivers. Expertise in video editing and storytelling for short-form formats (30–60 seconds). Strong analytical mindset with experience using platform analytics to inform strategy. Ability to identify and extract high-impact moments from long-form content. Excellent communication and leadership skills with a track record of managing creative teams.
