Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions and validate product concepts. Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile learning platforms. Develop and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistency, accessibility, and brand alignment across all digital touchpoints. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure seamless implementation. Advocate for the user throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring designs are intuitive, inclusive, and aligned with diverse learning needs. Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, including leadership and non-design teams, with clarity and confidence. Stay current with emerging trends in UX/UI, edtech innovation, and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG, ARIA). Iterate rapidly based on feedback and data-driven insights to continuously improve user experience. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects in education technology or digital learning platforms. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Demonstrated experience with user research methods, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing. Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development practices. Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices, particularly in educational contexts. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design thinking and influence stakeholders. Passion for education and a commitment to creating impactful, human-centered learning experiences.
