Description

Oversee daily baking production activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality FMCG products Supervise and train production staff, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement Manage and maintain baking ovens, mixers, blenders, and packaging machinery to minimize downtime Monitor and optimize production yields, wastage, and raw material consumption through accurate reporting and analysis Develop and refine recipes, ensuring consistency, compliance, and innovation in product formulation Prepare detailed production reports, costing analyses, and operational summaries using Microsoft Office tools Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards across all production stages Collaborate with supply chain and quality teams to align production schedules with business demands Implement best practices in packaging operations and support process automation initiatives Requirements Key Requirements: * Strong knowledge of production planning and factory operations * Experience in machinery maintenance with mechanical and electrical background * Expertise in baking operations and production processes * Qualified and experienced baker with hands-on knowledge of recipe formulation, mixing, moulding, baking, and machine maintenance * Expertise in handling and maintenance of baking ovens, mixers, blenders, and all types of packaging machines * Good knowledge of producing biscuits, cookies, cakes, breads, croissants, sausage rolls, and other FMCG-related products * Proficient in Microsoft Office for preparation of daily production reports, yield analysis, wastage reports, costing, RM/PM consumption, and operational reporting * Strong manpower handling and staff training abilities * Experience in packaging operations will be an added advantage * Africa experience would be an additional advantage
