Plan, coordinate, and oversee project execution from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including work plans, progress reports, change orders, and technical specifications. Collaborate with design engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure alignment on project scope, deliverables, and milestones. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or cost overruns. Conduct site visits and inspections to verify compliance with engineering designs, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. Facilitate procurement processes by reviewing technical bids, evaluating vendor capabilities, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless integration of systems and components. Ensure all project activities comply with ISO, OSHA, and other applicable industry standards and local regulations. Support project handover and commissioning activities, including preparation of as-built drawings and operation & maintenance manuals. Requirements Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering (or related field). 2–5 years of hands-on experience in project engineering within industrial, infrastructure, or manufacturing environments. Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar scheduling software. Strong understanding of engineering design principles, construction methodologies, and quality assurance processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other engineering design software is highly desirable. Valid driving license and willingness to travel to project sites across Gujarat and surrounding regions.
