Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively across complex projects. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Geosciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Familiarity with industry-specific software and digital tools for project management and data analysis.
