Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards for administrative operations. Conduct regular audits and reviews of administrative processes, documentation, and workflows to ensure compliance and accuracy. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks in current processes and recommend actionable improvements. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to administrative service delivery and report on trends and outcomes. Collaborate with department heads to align quality objectives with broader business goals. Train and mentor administrative staff on quality standards, documentation practices, and compliance requirements. Maintain comprehensive records of audits, findings, corrective actions, and follow-ups. Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives using quality management methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). Prepare detailed quality reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulatory or certification requirements Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Quality Assurance, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in quality assurance, administrative operations, or process improvement within a corporate environment. Proven experience in conducting audits, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions. Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), ISO standards, and compliance frameworks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with process documentation tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies is a plus. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
