Keeping a close eye on all site activities to ensure safety rules are followed Making sure all work aligns with Aramco safety requirements and HSE standards Carrying out regular site inspections, audits, and safety checks Identifying risks early and taking action before they become issues Ensuring workers are using the correct PPE at all times Leading toolbox talks, safety briefings, and inductions Monitoring high-risk tasks like working at height, lifting operations, confined space work, and hot work Investigating incidents or near misses and preparing clear reports Managing safety documentation, permits, and compliance records Coordinating with engineers, supervisors, and workers to maintain a safe environment Supporting emergency procedures and safety drills when required Requirements Aramco Approved Safety Officer – this is mandatory At least 7 years of experience in safety roles within oil & gas, construction, or industrial projects Strong understanding of HSE systems, risk assessments, and site safety practices Experience working with permit-to-work (PTW) systems Valid Chamber attested certificates and required documents Certifications like NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA are a big plus Good communication skills and the ability to manage site safety confidently Ready to join immediately
