Description
Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate and commercial sectors. Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term customers. Promote and market Security and ELV solutions, including CCTV, Access Control Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, and Integrated Security Solutions. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand customer requirements. Prepare proposals, quotations, and tenders in coordination with technical teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the security industry. Ensure excellent customer service and provide effective after-sales support. Requirements Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably within the Security Systems or ELV industry. Proven experience in business development and B2B sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and deliver results in a target-driven environment. Knowledge of CCTV, Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control Systems, Structured Cabling, and other ELV solutions will be an advantage. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
