Conduct field assessments and data collection to support horticultural research and crop management initiatives Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of cultivation and planting projects Collaborate with team members to develop and apply best practices in sustainable horticulture Maintain accurate records of field activities, observations, and outcomes Support training and outreach efforts to promote best practices among stakeholders Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and research in horticulture Requirements Eligibility: B.Sc / M.Sc / MBA in Horticulture or related fields Freshers with strong communication & field interest are encouraged Enthusiasm for fieldwork and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving Proficiency in basic data collection and documentation tools Willingness to work in diverse field conditions and adapt to changing project demands
