Description

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications and services using modern programming languages and frameworks. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and deliver high-quality features on schedule. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards. Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and agile ceremonies to ensure code quality and team alignment. Identify, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in production environments with a focus on performance optimization and system stability. Contribute to architecture discussions and help shape technical direction for new features and systems. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact on product development. Work with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure seamless deployment processes. Requirements 2–5 years of hands-on experience in software development with a strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design. Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Python, Go, or JavaScript (Node.js). Experience with web technologies including RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement. Prior experience in a startup or high-growth tech environment is a plus.
