Key Responsibilities Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasts. Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and perform detailed quantity take-offs. Manage tendering activities, evaluate bids, and assist with contract negotiations. Monitor project expenditure and implement effective cost-control measures. Prepare valuations, variations, claims, and final accounts. Review and administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular cost reports and commercial updates to management. Identify commercial risks and recommend practical, cost-effective solutions. Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Requirements Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. Proven experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry. Strong understanding of cost estimation, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration. Experience in handling project variations, claims, and final account settlements. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying software is an advantage.
