Support the sales leadership team with KPI tracking, performance dashboards, and weekly/monthly reporting. Collaborate on lead qualification processes and ensure proper lead routing and follow-up tracking. Act as a central point of contact for sales operations, ensuring consistency and compliance across all sales activities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in sales support, operations, or business operations within a B2B sales environment. Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) with a strong understanding of data integrity and reporting. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, macros) and Google Workspace. Experience with sales enablement tools (e.g., DocuSign, Outreach, Gong, Showpad) is highly desirable. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Proactive problem-solver with a detail-oriented mindset and high level of accuracy.
