Data-Led Planning: Building media strategies rooted in audience insights, location intelligence, and consumer mobility patterns. DOOH & Programmatic Leadership: Driving the adoption of Programmatic OOH, allowing for real-time, data-triggered ad delivery across a massive network of digital screens. Growth Partnership: Collaborating with national business teams to lead high-decibel pitches for Fortune 500 clients and government verticals. Measurement Frameworks: Establishing rigorous KPIs and measurement standards to transition OOH from "Reach" to "Attribution." Talent Mentorship: Leading and upskilling a team of strategists to become "Outcome-Driven" planners. Requirements The Strategic Veteran: 12+ years of experience in Media Planning, Brand Strategy, or OOH Leadership with a proven track record at a top-tier agency or network. The Tech-Forward Planner: Deep understanding of the AdTech ecosystem, specifically programmatic platforms and data visualization tools. The Analytical Powerhouse: Ability to translate complex mobility datasets into simple, persuasive narratives for clients. Stakeholder Influence: Exceptional interpersonal skills to navigate global brand teams and internal leadership in a large-scale conglomerate. Innovation Mindset: A passion for "What’s Next"—from 3D anamorphic tech to hyper-local attribution models.
