Description
Assist in the development, testing, and debugging of healthcare software applications under supervision. Support the implementation of electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical device integration platforms. Participate in requirement gathering sessions and contribute to technical documentation. Perform software configuration, system validation, and quality assurance testing in compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA, ISO 13485). Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical staff, product managers, and IT support. Monitor system performance and report issues for timely resolution. Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in healthcare IT and software engineering. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. Strong foundational knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and version control tools (e.g., Git). Basic understanding of healthcare systems, medical data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR), and data privacy regulations. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Located in Bengaluru or willing to relocate.
