Key Responsibilities: * Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial records and reports * Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of transactions * Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow activities * Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and accounting standards * Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes * Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports * Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions Requirements Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 2+ years of experience in financial accounting or a similar role Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle) Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools Strong communication and collaboration skills
