Manage and optimize the brand’s presence across major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Meesho, etc.) and quick commerce partners (Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Blinkit, etc.). Develop and execute data-backed digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and increase average order value. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (sales, CAC, ROAS, inventory turnover) to identify trends and optimize campaigns in real time. Coordinate with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely delivery, manage stock levels, and minimize out-of-stock scenarios across platforms. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to launch new SKUs, manage product listings, and create compelling content for digital storefronts. Lead promotional campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal offers tailored to e-commerce and quick commerce audiences. Maintain strong relationships with platform managers and quick commerce partners to secure priority placement and exclusive deals. Stay ahead of market trends, competitor strategies, and evolving consumer preferences in the beauty and cosmetics segment. Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to senior leadership for strategic decision-making. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–5 years of proven experience in e-commerce operations, digital sales, or quick commerce management, preferably within the FMCG or cosmetics industry. In-depth knowledge of major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Meesho) and quick commerce ecosystems (Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Blinkit). Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and CRM platforms to track performance and forecast sales. Demonstrated success in increasing online sales, managing inventory across multiple channels, and improving customer acquisition and retention. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with a proactive, hands-on approach. Familiarity with digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and performance marketing is a plus. Proficiency in managing multi-platform dashboards and understanding of logistics and fulfillment workflows.
