Assist in the planning, preparation, and delivery of training programs across diverse functional areas. Support senior trainers in developing training materials, presentations, and assessment tools. Conduct research on industry trends, learning methodologies, and emerging training technologies. Facilitate small group sessions, manage participant engagement, and collect feedback for program improvement. Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and participant progress. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training objectives with organizational goals. Participate in internal workshops, peer reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. Contribute to the development of digital learning content and e-learning modules. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–5 years of relevant experience in training, education, or corporate learning environments. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS). Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. Demonstrated interest in adult learning principles and instructional design. Willingness to travel locally for training delivery and client engagements. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and feedback-driven improvements
