Must currently reside in Nigeria, and have worked with Nigerian Hospitality companies previously. Must also be familiar with the Nigerian terrain. He/she is responsible for creating a world-class dining experience while fostering a positive workplace culture. The role oversees all aspects of Catering operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, operational efficiency, and profitability. This role combines leadership, strategic planning, and creativity to deliver Return on Investment. Must have ample experience managing people and processes within the Quick Service/Fast Food space. Passionate about producing the best quality meals and growing people while at it. Must have a good understanding of P & L Reports, GP Analysis, Cost of Sales, etc. Also very good at complying with Operational/Food Safety Standards. Requirements Bachelor's degree in related field of job role. ? Expertise and specialist in the chosen role of application ? Minimum 15 years of active professional function, respectively. And practice from other reputable companies. ? ACCA, ICAN or related Accounting certified. Very Key for Cost Controller ? Candidates need to be able to demonstrate managing successful team ? Must have leadership and strategic skills ? Must have managed budgets and strong financial books ? Must not be more than 48 years old, by this year.
