Description
Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and campaign goals. Identify, vet, and onboard relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital platforms based on audience demographics, engagement rates, and brand fit. Negotiate and manage contracts, deliverables, and payment schedules with influencers and agencies. Create compelling campaign briefs and ensure creative alignment with brand voice and visual identity. Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI. Maintain a database of influencer contacts, performance metrics, and content assets for future campaign planning. Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and timely campaign execution. Stay ahead of emerging trends, platform updates, and competitor activities in the retail & wholesale digital space. Report regularly on campaign outcomes and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization. Requirements 2–5 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or brand management within the retail, FMCG, or wholesale industry. Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end influencer campaigns with measurable business impact. Strong knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging social media platforms; familiarity with content formats (Reels, Stories, Shorts, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with influencers and external partners. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later). Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Creative mindset with a keen eye for brand consistency and content quality. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Location: Based in Ahmedabad with willingness to travel for events or shoots if required.
