Utilize testing equipment such as moisture meters, spectrophotometers, and adhesion testers for accurate evaluations. Maintain a comprehensive database of material performance data and historical test outcomes. Participate in pre-installation reviews and post-completion inspections to ensure quality consistency. Stay updated on emerging materials, sustainability standards, and advancements in interior testing methodologies. Requirements ​ Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Construction Technology, Materials Science, or a related field. 2–5 years of proven experience in interior quality assurance, testing, or site inspection roles. Proficiency in using interior testing tools and equipment (e.g., moisture meters, gloss meters, adhesion testers). Strong understanding of building codes, safety standards, and sustainable materials (e.g., LEED, BREEAM). Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly. Familiarity with digital documentation tools and project management software (e.g., MS Office, AutoCAD, Procore).
