Description
Provide first-, second-, and third-level technical support to internal users across departments. Manage and maintain company-wide IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices. Monitor and ensure the security, integrity, and availability of company data and systems. Implement and manage cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and access controls. Support and troubleshoot enterprise software applications used in CRM, ERP, inventory management, and digital marketing. Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of cloud-based services (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, or AWS). Collaborate with vendors and external IT partners for hardware/software procurement, maintenance, and upgrades. Document IT processes, policies, and standard operating procedures for consistency and compliance. Conduct regular system audits, backups, and disaster recovery testing to ensure business continuity. Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend IT improvements to enhance productivity and scalability. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2–5 years of proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft 365, and network protocols. Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and user account management. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS. Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and data protection regulations. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work onsite in Ahmedabad and adapt to evolving business needs.
