Summary: The Civil Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing all civil construction activities for telecom tower projects across the Kingdom, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution in alignment with engineering standards and project timelines. This role is critical to the successful delivery of long-term infrastructure projects, requiring strong leadership, technical expertise, and coordination across teams and subcontractors. The engineer will play a key role in managing foundation works, site supervision, and progress reporting, contributing directly to project success and operational excellence. Responsibilities: Supervise telecom tower civil construction activities at project sites. Accurately read and execute engineering drawings and approved project plans. Coordinate and manage site teams, subcontractors, and daily construction operations. Ensure all civil works are completed according to project specifications and deadlines. Manage telecom tower foundation works including excavation, reinforcement steel fixing, concrete pouring, formwork and shuttering, foundation preparation, and civil finishing. Monitor site safety procedures and ensure compliance with company and client requirements. Maintain high standards of workmanship and project quality at all stages. Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment for seamless site operations. Prepare site reports and provide regular updates to management on project progress. Support tower erection preparation and related civil activities. Resolve site issues promptly to maintain workflow and avoid delays. Requirements Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Site Engineer in telecom or construction projects. Proven hands-on experience in telecom tower civil works and infrastructure development. Strong understanding of construction drawings, civil engineering procedures, and site execution. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage site operations independently. Familiarity with telecom safety standards and quality control protocols. Experience working on Nokia telecom tower projects is an advantage. Proficient communication skills in English. Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic project environment.
