Summary: The Electrical Supervisor role is a critical hands-on leadership position within a long-term project at an Aramco refinery in Jizan. This individual will lead and mentor a team of electricians and technicians, ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all electrical systems across the refinery. The role demands strong technical expertise in electrical maintenance, particularly in high-demand environments such as refineries and petrochemical plants. The supervisor will play a key role in both routine maintenance and major turnaround activities, ensuring compliance with international standards (IEC, OSHA) and strict Aramco safety and operational protocols. This position offers a strategic opportunity for experienced professionals with proven Aramco project experience to advance their careers in a high-impact industrial setting. Responsibilities: Supervise and guide electrical maintenance teams on site Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities Maintain and troubleshoot critical electrical equipment including switchgear, transformers, motors, generators, and VFDs Work with PLC, SCADA, and other industrial control systems Diagnose and resolve electrical faults promptly and safely Ensure all work complies with IEC, OSHA, and Aramco safety and technical standards Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and logs Support planned shutdowns, turnarounds, and major maintenance projects Coordinate effectively with internal departments, contractors, and vendors Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and materials Train and mentor junior electrical personnel Requirements Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech preferred) Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical maintenance At least 4 years in a supervisory role, preferably in refinery or petrochemical environments Mandatory Aramco project experience Proven experience with conveyors, ship loading, and solid handling systems is highly desirable Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, and control system integration Valid Iqama with transferable status (if applicable) Willingness to work in a demanding, high-safety environment with full compliance to project requirements Details Required to Apply: Position applied for Full name (as per passport) Nationality Date of birth & age Current location Total years of experience (KSA & other) Relevant experience for this role Highest qualification Certifications (if any) Experience as Electrical Supervisor (years) Aramco experience (details) Experience with conveyors / ship loading / solid handling Refinery or petrochemical experience (years) Current / last salary Expected salary (in SAR, full package) Iqama status (transferable or not, if applicable) Notice period / availability
