THE CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS :-
Strong / excellent interpersonal, communication skills in English and organization skills.
Managing daily / weekly / monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments of the management & prepare minutes of meeting
Checking emails and give / draft them appropriate reply
Proficient in Accounting knowledge
Manage / maintain Commercial Invoices / daily accounts / Petty Cash and other documents
DIARY / SCHEDULING MANAGEMENT MEETINGS & preparation is a MUST .
Coordinate travel, visas, transport, itineraries, accommodation etc.
Maintaining proper Office Documents and related files in soft copy as well as hard copy
Excellent in MS Office packages is a must - Excel with Pivot & V loop a must / Word / Power Point / Photoshop / email etc
Should have strong communication skill both in verbal and writing English (min) to interact with customers
High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
Hard working, energetic, positive, resourceful, self-starter
High attention to detail
Fluency in multiple languages - Arabic is an advantage.
