A leading Post-Tension company in Dubai is urgently seeking a qualified Senior Design Engineer with strong UAE experience in post-tensioning systems. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of structural engineering principles and proven experience in designing post-tension slabs, beams, and structural systems as per UAE standards and project specifications.

• Design and detail post-tensioned concrete structural elements (slabs, beams, foundations, etc.)
• Prepare and review shop drawings, calculations, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and site teams to ensure design compliance.
• Provide technical support during execution and installation phases.
• Ensure all designs meet local codes, authority regulations, and client specifications.
• Attend project meetings and provide technical input when required.
• Perform design revisions and value engineering as needed for project optimization.
• Supervise and guide junior engineers or draftsmen in design-related tasks.
