Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to manage all core human resources functions within our dynamic Medspa located in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. This full-time, on-site role is critical to maintaining a compliant, organized, and high-performing workforce. The HR Executive will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, payroll coordination, policy development, employee relations, and adherence to Nigerian labour regulations. The ideal candidate will ensure operational efficiency, foster a positive workplace culture, and support the company’s growth through strategic HR practices. This position is open exclusively to female applicants to promote gender balance within the team. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires. Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff records, employment contracts, and HR documentation. Prepare and manage monthly payroll inputs with precision and timeliness. Ensure full compliance with Nigerian labour laws, including PAYE, LIRS, and other statutory requirements. Develop, review, and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and workplace guidelines. Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and oversee disciplinary processes. Oversee attendance tracking, leave management, and staff scheduling. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of proven HR experience in a structured organizational environment. In-depth knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and statutory compliance obligations. Hands-on experience with payroll processing and HR information systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor. High level of discretion, integrity, and commitment to confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace for daily operations.
Responsibilities
