As a key member of our European Work Permit consultancy, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients aiming to secure overseas employment opportunities in Europe. This role is crucial in guiding applicants through the complexities of work permit applications, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience from initial inquiry to successful placement. Your expertise in client engagement, sales, and immigration processes will directly impact client success and the growth of our consultancy. Responsibilities: Engage with clients to understand their overseas career aspirations and goals Provide expert guidance on European work permit options and eligibility criteria Clearly explain visa procedures, required documentation, and application timelines Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful client placements Build and maintain professional, trust-based relationships with clients Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs Stay updated on evolving European immigration and work permit regulations Maintain accurate records of client communications and application progress Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient processing and high-quality customer service Requirements Requirements: Proven experience in sales, customer service, immigration consultancy, recruitment, or telesales Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confidence in client interactions and closing sales opportunities Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset Proficient in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office applications Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional, and dynamic work environment Knowledge of European work permits or visa processing is a strong advantage
