Summary: The Sales & Marketing Executive role in the UAE is a dynamic and client-focused position aimed at driving business growth across key industries including Construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Trading, Manpower Supply, and Safety Materials. This role is critical to expanding the company’s market presence by identifying new opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, results-driven professional with strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Responsibilities: Develop new business opportunities across diverse industrial sectors Conduct client meetings, site visits, and networking events to build professional relationships Generate leads through cold calling, direct outreach, and strategic networking Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and commercial offers Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate project execution Attend client meetings alongside the technical team when required Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and project progress updates Achieve defined monthly and annual sales targets Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions Requirements Requirements: 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing or Business Development Proven experience in Construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Trading, or Manpower Supply sectors Demonstrated ability to identify new clients and establish long-term business relationships Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Confidence in managing client discussions and professional meetings Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Age between 25 – 35 years UAE driving license (preferred)
