This position goes beyond content creation, focusing on building a luxury-calibrated digital ecosystem that drives high-value inquiries and conversions for premium assets such as luxury watches, designer bags, and fine jewelry. The ideal candidate will act as a growth operator, leveraging audience psychology, platform algorithms, and commercial storytelling to convert digital engagement into measurable business outcomes. Reporting to the Head of Marketing or EA to the Managing Director, this role is central to shaping brand perception, conditioning affluent audiences, and aligning all digital touchpoints—Stories, Feed, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp—for maximum strategic impact. Responsibilities: Design and execute a luxury-focused social media strategy that establishes brand authority and trust in high-net-worth markets. Develop and manage a content ecosystem aligned with commercial goals, ensuring consistent messaging across platforms (Stories, Feed, LinkedIn, WhatsApp). Apply audience psychology and storytelling to condition high-value clients for engagement and conversion. Optimize content distribution using platform algorithms to generate inbound intent and drive qualified leads. Track, analyze, and report on KPIs focused on high-value inquiries, appraisals, store visits, and deal considerations—not just vanity metrics. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure digital strategy supports broader business objectives and brand positioning.
