Summary: We are seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer to join our dynamic team in the UAE on an immediate basis. This role is critical to the successful planning, execution, and oversight of HVAC projects, ensuring technical excellence, operational efficiency, and adherence to safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will play a central role in managing engineering activities, leading project coordination, and delivering high-performance HVAC solutions across diverse systems. With a focus on VRF and Chilled Water Systems, this position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to complex, high-impact projects while driving innovation and operational reliability. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day HVAC engineering and operational activities Prepare technical estimates, project calculations, and BOQs Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC systems Coordinate with project teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients Review drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver practical engineering solutions Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Support site activities and provide on-the-ground technical guidance Requirements Requirements: Minimum 8 years of experience in HVAC engineering Strong expertise in technical, engineering, estimation, and operational tasks Hands-on experience with VRF Systems and Chilled Water Systems Proven ability to manage project execution and site coordination Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently Immediate joining preferred Preferred Skills: HVAC Project Management MEP Coordination HVAC Maintenance & Troubleshooting HVAC Installation & Commissioning Technical Estimation & Costing Site Supervision and Team Coordination Mechanical Engineering Knowledge Proficiency in AutoCAD and HVAC-specific software
